When I first started it, I didn't have a lot of bright coloured wool in my collection, so some of the squares are quite dark. But I hope with the creation of many more bright squares with the wool I have in my stash now, that it will balance the dark squares out a little.
I am going to try making 6 big squares and however many small squares it takes to surround them. I don't think this will be a big blanket as I want to use it as a cover over my chair possibly, not quite decided yet.
Starting tomorrow, I will start doing one square a day even though I have already started this project (I think it still counts?). I shall blog every tuesday about this project for the One a Day group, the group can be found at ravelry!
Happy Crocheting
I love the blankets with different sized squares so think this will look fabulous - looking forward to seeing it grow!
