My blanket so far has been made using two different colours which are cool mint and blueberry drop, I was going to do a variety of different picasso colours but these two were my favourites!
This is what have done so far of my first attempt cushion cover, its a bit wonky but I am going to go with it and see how it turns out in the end!

How fun to make that blanket in a chunky yarn. It's so much more squishy and warm! Good for you on making it for yourself.

ReplyDeleteLove your Picasso -- I'm a huge fan of the granny square blanket and yours looks great so far. As for the colors of your cushion cover, they are spectacular (wonky or not!).
ReplyDeleteWow, that blanket is getting huge, and I love the yarn, the colours are nice and the fact that it's chunky wool makes me want to snuggle up under it ASAP. It will be an amazing gift.
