Baby WIP

I am super happy today, because I just got a pack of wool!! 17 balls of Stylecraft Special DK, that was custom packed to match Attic 24 colour selection.
So this is now my super duper stash that I received, and the beginnings of a granny stripe baby blanket. This is for my cousin's little baby girl, Millie, who is due in April. I am mega excited!

  14. That's a lovely stash Hazel! There is a new baby coming in our family too, due in August. So that gives me some time to make a blanket. I think blankets are a wonderful gift. I'm not sure about the colors though. The mom isn't that much into vibrant colors. Maybe I'll make a white blanket.

  17. Yay! I used the same selection for the granny throw I made and there is so much yarn I have also made numerous other things from the leftovers. It's such great value.

Looking forward to seeing your progress :)
