Spring Flower Crochet Coaster Pattern

Today I get to show you the tutorial I made, as I was contacted yesterday to say that my tutorial has been published on Country Baskets.....very excited!

Yarn: Wendy Mode DK (Cameo, Sorrel, Lychee), Robin DK (Cream
Hook: 4mm

I mentioned this briefly in my last post, however back in February I received an email from a lovely lady on behalf of Country Baskets asking if I would like to make a contribution to the Country Basket's Idea Library. They mentioned that they had seen my blog and really liked some of the items I have crocheted, and said that I would be an ideal crafty person for making a craft idea for their website. All I had to do is come up with a simple gift/decoration idea for Mother's Day, crochet and write a tutorial for it!

It was such a fun challenge, trying to put into words what I am doing. Even though I know this pattern very well in my head and by hand, its very difficult to transfer that into a simple tutorial but I managed it. After a few edits both Country Baskets and I were happy with the results, and now I get to share it with everyone. Let me know what you think.

I am also linking in with Chrissie with What's On Your Hook!

Take care everyone,

Hazel
